About Mallick Tower

Mallick Tower is a 10-story office building with 90,918 rentable square feet situated on 1.746 landscaped acres located at 101 Summit Avenue with superior access to Interstates 30 and 35.

Mallick Tower has been a Fort Worth landmark since 1968 and was the first prestigious building constructed on the western boundary of the Central Business District.

On March 28, 2000 Fort Worth was devastated by an F3 tornado that tore a 4 mile path through the city. Mallick Tower was among several buildings that took a direct hit and although the strong concrete core of the building stood up to the storm, it took months to repair the damage it caused. Within nine months the building was fully repaired and 70 percent leased with old and new tenants.

In 2009 Mallick Tower completed another significant renovation in order to provide tenants with Class A amenities and finishes. All common area restrooms were upgraded with granite counter tops, Italian ceramic flooring, and new ADA fixtures. Along with a fresh exterior paint and new architectural lighting, the most dramatic renovation was made to the lobby and entrance, which now boasts Italian ceramic flooring, two-story exterior glass system, chandeliers and new security desk.

Between the years of 2013 and 2016, energy efficiency and life safety was of major focus in Mallick Tower’s capital improvements. The tower retrofitted the interior and exterior lighting, installed a new fire alarm control panel, a new DDC air handler units on each floor and a new cooling tower. The emphasis on energy efficient equipment and lighting earned the coveted Energy Star rating in 2013 and which is proudly maintained today.

For more than 50 years, Mallick Tower still stands by its original purpose, providing tenants with quality office space and unparalleled customer service.  Mallick Tower is professionally managed and leased by Holt Lunsford Commercial. http://www.holtlunsford.com
